Website enquiries

This is a static information website. The enquiry form prepares a draft in your own email application; it does not transmit or store your details on the website. Your message reaches our office only when you send it through your email application. Please avoid including confidential documents or sensitive personal information in your initial enquiry.

Contact information

When you choose to call or email Jay Pundit & Company, any personal information you provide may be used to respond to your query and deal with your matter, subject to applicable law and the firm's established privacy practices. For questions about the handling of your personal information, please contact admin@jpundit.co.za.

This version of the website does not place analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies. A small preference named jpundit_cookie_ack_v1 is saved in your browser's local storage only when you select “Accept & close”. It remembers that you have read the cookie notice; it is not shared with the firm or used to identify you.

After accepting, a small cookie icon appears in the lower-left corner so you can reopen the notice at any time. You can also clear your browser's site data to reset the acknowledgement. The website remains usable if browser storage is disabled.

Third-party services

The “Get directions” link opens Google Maps in a separate browser tab. That service has its own privacy practices. The website itself does not embed Google Maps or include third-party analytics scripts in this version. Standard technical requests may be processed by the website hosting and security provider to deliver the site.

Legal information

The contents of this website are intended for general information only, not legal advice. Reading the website or contacting the firm does not, by itself, create an attorney–client relationship. Availability to act and the scope of any engagement must be agreed with the firm.

Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated to reflect changes to the website or applicable law. It should be reviewed by the firm before production publication, especially if an online submission service, analytics, or other features are enabled.
